What We Do

The WAL is one of the big five major professional sports leagues in the United States and world and the highest professional level of entrepreneurship in the world. Each WAL season begins with a 3-week preseason in January. The 40-week regular season starts in February and runs through November. Each team plays 10 revenue games in the regular season, one revenue game a month. Each week represents a quarter. Following the conclusion of the regular season, eight teams from all eight competitive regions advance to the playoffs, a single-elimination tournament. The playoffs culminate in the Global Championship, played in early December between the two winners of the championship games.
