Challenge: Charlie wanted to scale 9 different divisions of Berkshire Hathaway. Action: We drafted and crafted our proprietary “Advantage Stories” for signature offers in all 9 divisions and trained their marketing and sales teams to leverage these. Results: We 2X’d, 3X’d, 4X’d, and 10X’d all 9 divisions.
